Cancellation Policy

To request the cancellation of our service, the customer must contact us via email and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Voucher Number
  • Copy of the Payment
  • Cell Phone Number

Important Points to Note:

Before proceeding with the cancellation, please take note of the following guidelines:

  • Cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled service to receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a 50% refund.
  • Any cancellation made on the same day or within 24 hours of the scheduled service does not qualify for a reimbursement, as expenses would have already been incurred for your arrival.

Service Cancellation and Refund Process:

We reserve the right to cancel the service if you fail to show up at the scheduled time without notifying us of any changes. In such cases, a refund will not be applicable, and you will need to book the service again if required.


Refunds Procedure:

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original account used for payment during the booking. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your statement may vary:

PayPal: If you paid with PayPal, you can expect to receive an instant refund within 24 hours.

Credit or Debit Card: If you paid by credit or debit card, the estimated refund time is 24 hours. However, please be aware that the issuing bank is responsible for determining the processing time. If you encounter any issues, kindly contact your bank for assistance.
